Policies & Appointment Planning

  • Consultations

    We want you to be informed and comfortable with any service you are considering. As such we offer free consultations for our clients; and if time allows can perform service in the same session.

  • Late Arrivals

    Depending on the service booked, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may have to reschedule your appointment. This is so we can stay on schedule, as a courtesy to other clients.

  • Accepted Payment Methods

    We accept all major credit cards, gift cards, or cash. We have financing options available as well through Cherry and Care Credit.

  • Cancellation Policy

    We require credit card authorization to book your appointment. We request 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged a $25 fee to the card you provide at time of booking. If you do not notify us and do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged a $50 “no show” fee.

  • Policy on Children

    Please do not bring young children with you to appointments due to the length of appointments and nature of services provided.

  • Aesthetic Appointment Planning

    There is little to no downtime for our aesthetic procedures, but you may have some bruising, swelling, or irritation for several days to a few weeks after treatment. Makeup will need to be removed for aesthetic treatments and in most cases will need to be avoided for 1-2 days after treatment. Please keep this in mind as you plan treatments prior to events or trips. Detailed post-care instructions will be provided to you after treatment.
